Can you review my photo to see if it's a candidate for enlargement?
If you are unsure about the suitability of a particular image for enlargement we will gladley review it before you place your order. This free service typically will only take 1-2 days, but you'll have the piece of mind that your photo will print the way you expect it to. To send a photo for evaluation simply use our file upload page with "EVALUATION ONLY" entered in the message box.
What file types do you accept?
We typically print JPEG, TIF, PSD, and Most RAW files. If you file is not one of these types, just ask. We are able to print most file types.
How much are your shipping charges?
Are shipping rates are very reasonable. Shipping starts as low as $3.45 for all the photos that will safely fit in a shipping tube shipped anywhere in the US. To see the exact shipping charges for an order simply enter your zip code while in the shopping cart and click "Update Cart".
Do you accept orders outside the US?
Unfortunatley, due the the cost of shipping outside the US we are unable to accept foriegn orders.
How large can a print a 2 megapixel file?
In general a 2 megapixel camera should be considered as a minimum for producing a good 8 x 10 print. Prints 11 x 14 or larger look best when taken with at least a 5 megapixel camera. It is important to note that while megapixels are an important part in determining the maximum size print other factors are also equally important. So important are these factors that images taken with cameras of lesser megapixels may product images superior to images shot with cameras with higher megapixel ratings. Factors such as file format used, camera optics, camera body quality (for digital SLR's), shutter speed, exposure, and finally the intended use for the enlargement will determine the maximun size a qaulity enlargement may be.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Most orders are shipped within 3 to 5 days after we recieve your payment and image(s). Need your order shipped quicker? Just ask, we'll do everything possible to get your order out right away.
Can I order my prints offline?
Sure, just fill out the printable order form and mail it in along with a CD or DVD containing your photos.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return your item within 30 day of receipt for a full refund less shipping and handling. Refunds will be given when the merchandise is received by us in original condition and packaging.
How long will my enlargements last?
Professional paper a life expectancey of 75 to 100 years. Premium paper has a life expectancy of 35 to 50 years. With either paper it is important to not expose the prints to direct sunlight for any extended period of time as it will greatly shorten the life of the print.
What is the difference between your Professional and Premium photo papers?
In addition to having a longer projectect lifespan, the Professional Papers is a heavier bond paper than the Premium Paper. The Profesional paper is ideally suited for images that will be framed or any other situation where maximum quality is required. Premium paper is a good choice for images displayed in photo albums or when cost is a factor.
Can I send a CD or DVD with my images for you to print?
Sure, just mail it to us. Our address is listed on our Contact Us page. Please note that it is highly recommend that you send a copy of the disk and not the original. We will return your disk with your prints.
